Charming architecture matching the local vibe. Quiet atmosphere despite being somewhat farther from the central park, making it a peaceful retreat.

The room felt smaller than portrayed in photos, with some cleanliness issues like the tile floor needing attention. Limited coffee supplies after the first day felt a bit stingy, and charging for bubbles in the bathtub seemed odd. Keep in mind there's no ADA compliance, so accessibility might be a challenge for some.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of my stay! The room was beautifully decorated with rustic furniture and colorful beddings, adding a local Guatemalan touch. The cool roof terrace offered lovely views of the surrounding volcanoes, which was amazing!

The Superior Twin Room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful rustic charm. Loved the hot water shower and the fact it had a fan since it was pretty warm when we visited. The view from our second-floor room was lovely, and the quiet neighborhood felt safe. So nice to have a peaceful place to come back to after exploring. Overall, really enjoyed it!

the shower was a bit inconsistent, but the room was super clean with great views of the volcano and the nearby restaurants were amazing. plus, the terrace was perfect for breakfast in the morning. definitely enjoyed my time here.

Cozy stay with amazing views!

I had a really nice time here! The staff were super helpful and even gave me great tips on places to visit. Loved hanging out at the snack bar for quick bites. The only thing is, the room could've used a little more attention to detail in cleaning. Still, the rooftop view was worth it!
